As a business enterprise, Koyama Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) keenly recognizes it as its social responsibility to properly protect and manage pieces of provided information (hereinafter “Personal Information”) such as user’s name, home address, E-mail address, telephone number and the like that can be used to identify individuals. Accordingly, the Company establishes the following basic policies to protect Personal Information by properly operating and enhancing our Personal Information protection system.

Compliance with laws and regulations

The Company will abide by all laws and regulations as well as our internal regulations applicable to Personal Information.

There may be cases where the Company asks its website users to provide it with their Personal Information regarding some of the website contents (recruitment information, inquiries, etc.). The Company will take the utmost care for safe management of Personal Information to prevent unauthorized access, loss, breakdown, alteration or leakage of information. In the case where the Company, as part of its routine operations, outsources the handling of Personal Information to an outside service provider, we will conclude a non-disclosure agreement with the provider and supervise the provider on our own responsibility.

Inquiries regarding Personal Information (on correction, disclosure, deletion, etc.)

The Company will immediately respond to user’s requests for disclosure, correction, suspension or deletion of their own Personal Information. In that case, the user is requested to contact our inquiries desk shown below.

Establishment, implementation and improvement of internal regulations related to Personal Information protection

In order to ensure the foregoing basic policies, the Company will review the contents of our internal regulations related to Personal Information protection on an ongoing basis and make improvements as needed.
